Gerardo describes himself as a God-fearing family-oriented man who is fascinated with all things real estate. He was born and raised in South America, more specifically in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from ECU, as well as the prestigious CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist); he is bilingual with exceptional fluency and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Gerardo knows the eastern NC area very well since it has been his home since the year 2002. Him and his wife began their real estate investing ventures a few years before Gerardo decided to get his Real Estate license to advance their joined RE investment career. After brokering a few deals for others he realized that his true passion is to share and apply his knowledge, experience, professionalism and creativity to help others achieve their real estate goals.

Marya Molina

Mayra Molina is a proud NC Realtor that comes from and Industrial Engineering backgroung, she is bilingual (Spanish/English), and also very experienced in customer service due to her previous professional endeavors when living in her native country (Venezuela) and most recently in a couple of different U.S. States (FL and CA). Mayra and her husband made the decision to move to NC in early 2022 and their first Real Estate experience here was the purchase of their brand new Leland home. Mayra enjoyed that experience so much that she felt compelled to help others achieve that same level of accomplishment. Mayra loves new beginnings; for example, her forward thinking approach to starting a new career in a new location is very empowering and inspiring; it brings the best out of herself and every new challenge is welcomed by Mayra as one more opportunities to learn and grow.
